Acknowledge and accept UN general terms and conditions for goods (English or Arabic annex available).
Annex D - UN Supplier Code of Conduct (acknowledgement)
Confirm acceptance of the UN Supplier Code of Conduct.
Annex E - Vendor Registration Form
Complete and attach the vendor registration form if not already registered.
Technical proposal for 320 kVA generator and ATS (supply, delivery, installation)
Include equipment make/model, technical datasheets, ATS details, and confirmation of meeting RFQ specifications.
Installation, commissioning and testing plan
Provide on-site installation method, commissioning procedures and acceptance testing approach.
Proof of relevant experience and references
Provide past project references and evidence of similar supply/installation projects as required under Annex B.
Price breakdown and delivery terms
Provide unit price, installation costs, delivery lead-time, incoterms and any local taxes/fees as per Annex A.
