Prepare Financial Proposal using Annex 4 template

Submit prices in the provided Annex 4 Financial Proposal Template as instructed in the solicitation documents.

Review Bid Bulletin 1 (clarifications) and amended documents

Bid Bulletin 1 contains official responses to clarifications and is listed as an amended document to the RFQ.

Submit complete offer via the Quantum/negotiation system before the deadline

Follow the submission instructions in the solicitation document and user guide. Late submissions are typically not accepted.

Subscribe to the tender to receive notifications of amendments

Use the tender subscription feature in the procurement portal to receive updates or additional clarifications.

Include company identification and contact details (UNGM number if available)

Provide your company name, address, contact person, phone, email, and UNGM supplier number to facilitate communication.
