Be a national consultant (Mongolia)

Register or use existing profile on the procurement portal

TOR and relevant documents are available via the negotiation links referenced in the notice.

Prepare proposal as specified in the TOR (technical approach and CV)

Follow the TOR for required structure. Include CV and relevant past experience. Include financial proposal if TOR requests it.

Submit proposal directly in the portal by the deadline

Submit via http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org before 2026-01-19 deadline (see notice for local time).

Indicate intent to submit by creating a draft response in the system

Recommended: create a draft response (without final submission) so the system sends amendment notifications.

Use portal messaging for clarifications

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via the portal messaging functionality; UNDP will reply in writing.
